About us

Love Tourist India is a small team of travel planners and guides who grew up in Delhi, Agra and Jaipur. We believe India is best met with time, good food and people who know it well.

We keep groups small, work with family-run hotels and drivers we trust, and design each trip around the traveller rather than a fixed package.

Couples, families and solo travellers are all welcome, and we stay in touch every day of your trip. Travelling with children, dietary needs or accessibility requirements? Tell us when you message and we will do our best to plan around them.

How it works

  1. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and interests.
  2. We reply with a suggested route within one working day.
  3. We refine it together, then confirm your booking once your deposit is received.
  4. You travel, and we stay in touch every day.

Most visitors need an e-Visa for India. Please check the official Indian e-Visa portal before you book. We cannot arrange visas.

Refund Policy

Please read this before you confirm your booking.

All bookings are non-refundable

Once a booking is confirmed and your deposit or payment has been received, we do not offer refunds. This applies to cancellations, changes of plan, no-shows, late arrivals and early departures.

When you book, we reserve hotels, drivers, guides and entry arrangements for your dates. These are often paid for in advance and cannot be recovered, so we are not able to return payments once they are made.

What we can do instead

  • Date changes: If you tell us at least 15 days before your trip starts, we will try to move your booking to another date. This depends on availability, and any price difference is payable by you.
  • Credit: If we can recover some costs from our suppliers, we may offer the amount as credit towards a future trip. This is at our discretion and is not guaranteed.

Unused services

If you skip or leave part of your trip, for example a hotel night, a guided day or a meal, no refund is given for the unused part.

If we cancel

If we have to cancel your tour for reasons within our control, we will offer you a full refund or a rebooking, whichever you prefer.

Events outside our control

For weather, strikes, flight changes, illness, travel restrictions or other events beyond our control, the non-refundable terms above still apply. We strongly recommend that you buy travel insurance that covers cancellation.

Payment disputes

Please contact us on WhatsApp before raising a dispute with your bank or card provider. We will do our best to resolve any concern directly.
